I love being an entrepreneur because life is too short, and I want my choices to be meaningful to me. The only resource that is always limited is time. Wealth comes and goes. But how I choose to spend my time and leverage my rare skills is more critical. After being attacked and nearly killed 6 years ago, I decided to take whatever skills I had learned and do something good for others. I had been an entrepreneur and actor but never ran a multinational technology company.
I dedicated my life to solving a serious problem. The excuse “He said, she said” for violent crimes must go back tens of thousands of years. Today, we have the technology to prevent, respond to, and prosecute violence, but we have not invested the appropriate resources to address it. If no one else is dedicated to solving this problem with emerging and existing technologies, then I decided I will.
